DESCRIPTION: The Room 101 LTD Namakubi Limited Edition is the second limited edition smoke from Room 101. (You may remember that the first one was called the Conjura Edition.) The cigars are comprised of Dominican and Honduran filler blend, a Honduran binder and an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.
The cigars come in five sizes, including one with a 60 ring gauge and another a diminutive 4 inches by 42 ring gauge. They retail for $6 to $10 each and production is limited to just 1,000 boxes per size and a total production of 100,000 cigars. This week’s featured Namakubi is the 6-inch by 44 ring gauge Tiburon
FEATURED LIBATION: Big Bear Black Stout from Bear Republic Brewery
Big Bear, as the name implies, is a hefty, black, Russian Imperial-style stout, though it is classified as American Stout. Big Bear’s bold flavors are produced using a blend of Belgian and English roasted barley and crystal malts. And the brew is well hopped with Chinook and Cascade hops.
This beers weighs in at 8.1% ABV and ranks a 55 on IBU. A 55 ranks pretty high, so this is likely to have some hoppy bite to it. These beers are sold in 22oz. bottles and in kegs.
