FEATURED LIBATION: Alexander Murray & Company ‘Polly’s Casks’ Single Malt Scotch
This whiskey is a collaboration between Alexander Murray & Co and Firestone Brewing Company. Alexander Murray & Co has produced a lot of scotches, but Polly’s Casks is very different. The scotch was made at the Tullibardine distillery in the Scottish Highlands. After maturing in oak casks, the scotch was double-oaked in casks supplied by Firstone-Walker that were used to age some of their California barley wines, stouts and special Imperial bitters.
